Welcome to the....

Cow Country Quarter Horse Association!

Cow Country Quarter Horse Association was first established in 1958. Our 50 year Jubilee was celebrated in 2008.

Our annual horse sales are a production sale from some of the top Quarter Horse breeders and ranches in the area and includes most all of Eastern Montana. Since we are spread out so far so our buyers can benefit by attending and viewing the quality and selection of the top of the line horses offered by CCQHA members together in one convenient location, along with the opportunity to view several of them compete in the futurities, maturities, barrel racing and team roping. There’s something for everyone in a family friendly atmosphere!

All horses will be honestly represented to the buyers.

Many of our members are ranchers who raise horses for their use at the ranch and many of their herds have been developed through generations. Miles City is one of the oldest cities in Montana, with a rich history as one of the last ‘true cowtowns’ in the west.

As a member of Cow Country Quarter Horse Association, to sell a horse in one of our sales, you must agree to represent yourself and CCQHA with integrity and honesty in all ways.
